Legal
Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Bibbl when you use bibbl.app. By playing, reading, or creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy page explains what we collect.
Who can use Bibbl
You need to be 13 or older to create an account. Children under 13 may play as guests only with a parent or guardian's permission. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and give us a real email address so you can recover your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
Playing fair
- Choose a name and username that aren't offensive and don't pretend to be someone else.
- Don't cheat, automate play, or try to manipulate scores or league boards.
- Don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to Bibbl.
We may change a name, correct a score, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
XP, gems, and rest days
XP, gems, energy, rest days, streaks, and league points are game features. They can't be bought today, have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and aren't your property. We may rebalance or change them as the game develops.
The content
The reading text is the World English Bible, which is public domain. Questions, explanations, study sittings, artwork, and the app itself belong to Bibbl, and you may not copy them to build another product. You're welcome to share your scores and verses.
Bibbl is a tool for learning. We work to be accurate, but explanations can contain mistakes and aren't a substitute for your own study, your church, or pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
Feedback
If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything. We won't publish your name with it without asking.
No guarantees
Bibbl is new and changing quickly. We provide it as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change or end, and the service may be interrupted. Progress could be lost, although we work to prevent that.
Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, Bibbl isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost game progress. Bibbl is free, so our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you, and nothing here removes rights the law says can't be waived.
Ending or changing things
You can stop using Bibbl at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or shut down the service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, where we reasonably can, tell you in the app. Using Bibbl after that means you accept the new terms.
